The charity's new campaign has been launched today. The motive behind the launch is to make mental health and emotional well-being better in five most important areas: bullying, sexual pressures, school stress, unemployment and lack of access to help.
Nearly 33% of the surveyed youngsters said they did not have any idea about where to seek help for depression and anxiety. More than 50% admitted to have watched pornography and 40% said that watching pornography had impacted relationships with their peers.
YoungMinds has got support from Labor leader Ed Miliband and The Saturday's singer Frankie Sandford.
Lucie Russell, Director of campaigns at YoungMinds, said: "Every day we hear about the unprecedented toxic climate children and young people face in a 24/7 online culture where they can never switch off. We are sitting on a mental health timebomb".
