In a move which will help L'Oreal take advantage of Google's Glass wearable computing device, a three-part hair styling tutorial will be created by L'Oreal in partnership with Google Glass.
According to a report from The Escapist, the hair styling tutorial created by L'Oreal - in collaboration with Google Glass - will be called 'Matrix Class for Glass.' The tutorial will essentially comprise a video series of beauty sessions which have been shot with the help of the Glass device.
Revealing that beauty sessions will be recorded using the Glass eyewear and will be offered in a series of lessons for beauty professionals, The Escapist report has revealed that 'Matrix Eye for Style' salon experience will be created by Matrix Celebrity Stylist George Papanikolas.
In the first part of the tutorial, an exclusive blogger video series will be offered by Matrix. In the series, hair-styling sessions will be captured straight from the eye of the stylist. In the second part, elite appointments will be conducted by Papanikolas in the Matrix Eye for Style Chair at The Andy LeCompte Salon in Los Angeles.
The third part of the tutorial, which Matrix claims will "completely transform the hair styling experience," will involve Matrix's launch of a salon professional education platform. The platform will essentially reiterate Matrix's commitment to helping hair stylists enhance their skills with state-of-the-art training programs.
