Pebe Sebert, mother of American signer-rapper Ke$ha, has opened up on what led her daughter to lose weight and how much she has gone through to shed weight.
She affirmed about an incident in which she overheard a conference call in which her former manager David Sonnenberg was screaming at her lose weight. Sonnenberg asked her to take drugs, stop eating and do what she can to lose weight.
“I've watched my beautiful, self-confident, brilliant daughter be berated and ridiculed for her looks and weight - to the point that she almost died”, affirmed Sebert. She feels Ke$ha’s confidence has been shaken by her music producer Lukasz Sebastian.
If to go as per the claims of Sebert, Sebastian also used to ask her to lose. And, he even praised her once for reducing weight by affirming that it is great that she done it and they were talking about her extra kilos.
Ke$ha has taken the pressure of losing weight so much on her that doctors told Sebert that Ke$ha’s blood pressure and sodium have gone so low that they could not even imagine it. Such levels have only been witnessed in patients who have suffered heart attack and stroke.
